Our Service Options and Level of Care Pricing
Our goal is to support equitable access to long-term care services, and to ensure that seniors living with cognitive impairments and their families have an opportunity to experience quality long-term care services. We proudly accept Vermont long-term care Medicaid for any available beds and for all of our levels of care, including memory care services. We also accept private pay and certain long-term care insurance.
All of our monthly prices are for all inclusive services that include room, board, care, all of our support services, and medication management. Residents receiving long-term care Medicaid benefits will be required to cover the cost of their room and board and any state mandated patient share amounts to be compliant with Medicaid eligibility requirements. The average monthly cost of room and board for residents on Medicaid can range between $730.00 - $980.00 per month, and this amount is primarily determined on net monthly income and whether the resident is in a private or semi-private room.
